The Greystone property is located along the banks of Flint Creek in the beautiful Flint Creek Valley just minutes from the picturesque town of Philipsburg. Conveniently off of the Pintlar Scenic Route and MT Highway 1 at milepost 50, we are less than an hour from Missoula. The Deer Lodge National Forest is only mile close and the trout of Flint Creek are accessible within our property boundaries.

If you chose to venture beyond Flint Creek for your fishing, you will find that Rock Creek and the Big Blackfoot River are within short driving times. The proximity and abundance of public lands offer endless opportunities for the hiking or hunting enthusiasts. Popular as recreational destinations, Georgetown Lake and Discovery Ski Area are just 30 minutes to the south.

Greystone was designed with 21 building lots ranging from 4 to almost 9 acres in size. Our spur utilities have been placed underground to the edge of the lots and all lots are platted with sanitary approval. There are four wells that have been drilled within the property and no well is deeper than 65' with flow rates between 15 and 18 gpm. Covenants are in place to protect the aesthetics and integrity of our property while respecting the quiet agricultural nature of the valley.
